All artwork and art prints are handled with the utmost care, packaged beautifully in paper or plastic sleeve. Prints 11x14 and smaller are mailed in a sturdy flat mailer while prints 16x20 and larger are mailed in a thick mailing tube. Original paintings are securely packaged using a combination of bubble wrap and paper and shipped in a carton box or sturdy mailing tube.

Turnaround (does not including shipping time):

Original Artwork: Original artwork typically ships out within 10-14 business days. You will receive an email notification once your original artwork is in the mail.

Art Print: Each art print is printed on demand and cut by hand. Please allow up to 10-14 business days for the prints to ship out. You will receive an email notification once your art print is in the mail.

Commissions: All other commissions may take up to 3-4 months. This will be discussed and agreed upon during our commission agreement. You will receive an email notification once your artwork is in the mail.

Local Pickup:

Local Pickup is from 1495 Richards Street, Vancouver, BC.

Please do not come for pick up unless you have received your "ready to pick up" email and have received confirmation from me which day and time to come.

Shipping Time:

All artwork are usually shipped with Expedited Parcel Canada Post or UPS, unless arranged otherwise. Below are the typical shipping time frames:

Within Lower Mainland: usually within 2 business days

The rest of British Columbia: usually within 2-3 business days

The rest of Canada: usually within 7-10 business days

USA: usually within 7-10 business days

Rest of the World: usually within 7-10 business days

Customs and Duty for International Shipping:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
