Biography
Phoebe Tsui is a Vancouver-based fine artist whose ethereal abstract landscape paintings offer a moment of stillness amidst life’s constant motion. Drawing inspiration from the serene beauty of the Pacific Northwest, her works in oil and acrylic evoke calm, reflection, and a quiet sense of wonder—inviting viewers to reconnect with the natural world and themselves.
Phoebe’s creative journey began at the age of three, when she first sketched flowers and clouds—motifs that continue to echo through her work today. She went on to earn a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Communication Design from Emily Carr University. Before dedicating herself fully to painting, Phoebe built a successful career in luxury wedding design, creating bespoke invitations for discerning clients and earning features in leading industry publications.
In 2020, Phoebe made the leap to pursue her art full time—a decision that was quickly affirmed when her first online collection sold out within days. Her paintings now reside in private collections across Canada and the United States.
When Phoebe isn’t scraping paint off her fingernails, she can be found playing with her young children, traveling the world in search of inspiration, or enjoying a delicious meal and glass of wine with her husband.
