Standing in front of the ocean has a way of pulling you into the moment. You watch the waves roll in, notice the light moving across the water, and slowly everything else begins to fade into the background.
Where Light Lands was inspired by those moments when you lose track of time simply watching the water. Your thoughts become quieter, your breathing slows, and for a little while, you’re not thinking about what needs to happen next.
I painted this piece to hold onto that feeling. A reminder to slow down, breathe, and give yourself time to simply take in what’s right in front of you.
